Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Final-sale items, clearance products, and hygiene-related goods are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact huelekim873@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
